After you have signed a contract, I will send an initial design to you ASAP. My average turn around times for initial design are 1-3 days for a Starter plan project, 4-10 days for Standard, and 11-14 days for Premium. I start working on your site as soon as you have signed and get an initial design to you promptly so we can keep things moving! Your site's launch time largely depends on your response time and how many initial edits you would like (if any).

If you are on a subscription plan, all you have to do is contact me. You will get my personal contact information during contract signing, so all you have to do is ask and I will take care of it. If you want to be able to make changes yourself, we have some options for that as well, but most people like to remain 100% worry-free and let me do it for them!

If you formally request in writing, within the first 30 days of our contract, that you would like to cancel your subscription, I refund all of your money. No risk on your part. It's like a free 30 day trial!

No problem! Our contract explains the fine print, but, to summarize, we have a 12 month minimum agreement. If you want to cancel early, you can payout the remaining months and refuse an offer to sign on for an additional annual contract.

All Payments are handled securely through Square. This secure, automatic invoicing system allows you to place your billing on file and setup autopayments. Set it and forget it while I maintain it.

Your monthly subscription is a license to access a site that I custom built for your business. If you want to receive your site's code files as a deliverable, then our Lump Sum offers are what you are looking for! More details available via the "Flat-Rate Contract" section of this FAQ. Of course, you always own all of your content (blog posts, images you provide, etc.) regardless of which contract type you select.

If you would like to add more pages to your site and this would exceed your current plan limit, you will need to upgrade to the plan that fits your desired website size.

Of course! If you are on a Lump Sum contract, just reach out. If you have not met your contract's page limit, I will simply add the new page for you. If adding a new page would push you over that page count limit, I will put together an additional service contract for your consideration, based on a rate of $150/hr.

I am happy to host your website! In fact, I require that all of my clients host their website with me for a minimum of 12 months. If you decide to move your website elsewhere in the future, I can deliver the website files to you, which you can then present to another host.

If you are paying Lump Sum, then you pay 50% up front and I get started on your project right away. The final installment is due according to the agreed upon date in our contract, usually the day your site goes live and we all celebrate.

If you formally request in writing, within the first 30 days of our contract, that you would like to cancel your deliverable, your first installment covers the damages and you are no longer obligated to payout the final 50% installment.

Of course you can! If you are on a Lump Sum contract, your site's code was created as a work-for-hire, so you can take that deliverable and do whatever you want with it. However, I do require at least 12 months of hosting your website with my business, even for Lump Sum contracts.
